I just got done reading Romeo and Juliet. I like how it ended but not how I thought it was going to end.  I thought that Romeo was just going to go the Juliet grave and lay on top of it and drink the potion and die. I did not think that there where going to be any other people. I was surprised that Romeo got caught trying to "break" into Juliet toom. I thought it was very interesting that Juliet did not freak out when she found out that she was in her toom. Before she drank the sleeping potion she was like freaking out because she was scared to wake up in a toom.

 

Romeo never did find out that Juliet was not dead. Juliet never really knew Romeo true intentions. I think this was really funny that they both died for fake reason.

I started reading the book in the Alex rider series called storm breaker. It is about a kid named Alex who finds out his uncle and adopted parent Ian rider has died. They where said to have died in a car accident and where not wearing seat belts. Alan Blunt who he describes as a boring person with nothing going on. Alex cuts school to investigate. He finds his uncles car at a junk yard and finds bullet holes in the win shield. The car had not yet been destroyed.

He was asked to come to his uncles bank to get some stuff. Right by the bank their was a spy building called M16. I really have enjoyed this book so far. The first chapter kept you on your feet. I plan to continue with the book. I have herd that the other books in the series get boring and are not very good. I like the first book and maybe read the other books in the series.

     One thing I struggled with during my blogging experience was the fact that I had to get back into reading everyday. During the summer I don't read unless it is in a magazine or a sports article. I over came it by talking to my touter about what a good book would be. She gave me a book and I just started reading. I got into it and before I knew it I was done with the book series. I read all the books and liked them all. I think it help that it was a series of books so that I always had something to read next. One strenght I had with my blogging was getting my words down on the page. I was able to say what I wanted to say about the book because I was so into the book and always had something positive to say about it.

The blog was my best because I was able to give a full summary of the series. I was able to give full character analyze. For example, "The youngest was a kid name Fu. He mastered the fighting style of a tiger. He was young and hot headed, he has a short fuse." All in one sentence I was able to tell all the important parts of the character and tell the read in one sentence.  Also my video I used went well with my blog because, the video was about the series and my blog was about the series.

     Some goals I have for myself for next trimester and my blogging is to read more. I want to be reading every night not just when I remember to. I want to get better at using my good reads account. Lastly I want to get better at blogging in general. I would like my blogs to be longer and more through. My goals for writing my blogs is to get better at using the spell check. I don't always remember to use the spell check and I normally have alot of miss spelled words. I would really like to get better at my use of words. Like instead of using the same words I want to us synonyms instead.

The series of the five ancestors is about five kids that were left at a doorstep. They where left in front of a sanctuary where the best monks trained. From the time they could crawl they started to learn the art of Kong fu. They each learned the art of a different animal. The youngest was a kid name Fu. He mastered the fighting style of a tiger. He was young and hot headed, he has a short fus. Malao master the art of the monkey. He was able to find and join a monkey clan and become one of the crew. He was laid back and did not do that much. Seh mastered the art of the snake. He was quite and kept to him self. But when he talked people listened. Hok mastered the art of the crane. He was the wisest of the group. He did everything by the book. He was quite but did what was best for everyone. Long mastered the fighting style of the dragon. He was killed during the invasion. He was just part of the crew.Ying (Eagle). .  Ying killed everyone who live in the temples. He set fire to them and killed everyone except for the five boys. The boys where able to escape with grandmasters help. But grandmaster got killed by Ying. Ying was looking for the Dragon scroll. I really liked this series. The fact that you could start with any book and end at the same spot. Every book takes you threw the journey of your favorite Monk. Takes you on there journey to restore peace in the nation of China. I love how the characters all flee in different spots but end up finding each other when they need each other the most. There is a lot of inferenceing you need to do for this series. A lot of waiting a chapter or two for an answer. Its a book that once you start you can't put down.

 

Deaf ASL teacher provides real world learning for her students. Sarah Haven was born deaf and her first launge was ASL. She went to a hearing school. Just because she was deaf did not mean she did not have hearing friends; she had plenty of friends. She had to try extra hard because she was going to a hearing school. " My family taught me how to communicate with people, Haven said." She probbaly used home signs in school and at home. A home sign is a gesture that is used to comunicate with people who dont know sign. " I want to help my community be a strong deaf community and have strong connections and interactions with the hearing community."   

 

Haven teaches ASL three at Mason high school. Student half to first take ASL one then ASL two to get the one in a life time appertunity to have a deaf teacher and be able to talk to her. I am in ASL one and Haven comes in every monday and friday and talks to us about continuing with ASL. She really cares about her deaf comunity and really wants to do everything she can to help the deaf comunity and the comunity of Mason.

 

 

  

 

Book Two of the Five Ancestors is about the youngest of the boys Malao. Malao's fighting style is a Monkey,just like in the beginning of book on Tiger. Malao saved his brother Fu with a group of monkeys the he became friends with while hiding in the jungle. Malao was adopted by the group of monkeys when he was ambushed by a group of bandits. The leader of the group of monkeys was a white one eye monkey. He could only see out of eye.

Malao was the quietest of the kids. He always did what he was told and did not miss behave like the other brothers. He was very strong in his art of fighting style. He was on his way to mastering the monkey fighting style. However, when Ying came and killed everything Malao knew, except for his brothers, he is forced to do stuff his own way and unite with his brothers. Then he will need take down his evil brother Ying. Will Malao take down his brother Ying once and for all?

         I recommend this book to anyone who likes suspense in their books. You half to read abouteach boysstory first then read about when they unite. Someone who like multiple endings and multiple beginnings. There are five beginnings to the series because there are five monks. Will you pick a     Tiger, Monkey, Snake, Crane or Eagle.What Monk are you going to pick? Who will you learn about in the Five Ancestors.

The Five Ansestors is about five boys who go up against ther bad brother. The four kids Fu, Malao, Seh and Hok were found at the temple as infents and raised by grandmaster. The bad brother Ying brought an army of his own and killed everyone in the whole temple but the four kids got away. They all leave each other and go the seperate ways and hid in the jungle and try to get as much information as they can get on Ying army.

The four boys get into fights and trouble on there mission to find out why Ying is doing this. The boys dont make contact with each other but they all know were and what each other are doing. The whole countryside hates Ying. He starts to collect tax and he was given this army from the king. So everyone is scared of Ying. Each boy ends up finding that they connect with an animal like Fu is a tiger. He is aggrsive and wants to fight. Like Fu attacked a kid and two adults for killing a baby and mother tiger. So Fu ends up getting held captive by the town who the kid and the two adults went to. Fu was like a caged animal. in the city he was feed food and people came and poked him and talked and laughed at him. But Ying found out that Fu was in the city and came for him.

City of Bones is about fifteen year old Clary Fray and her best friend whos name is  Simon. Clary and Simon both try to get into a Pandemonium Club. A cute boy goes in before Clary and Simon and the boy jokes with the bouncer about being a vampire. The boy if following a girl threw the club. As Clary is flowing the cute blue hair boy she notices that she is being floowed to and one of her flowers has a knife.

Clary trys to then flow the people flowing her. She gets a look back into the storage room that the blue haired boy is flowing the girl to. Clary see that the blue haired boy is walking into a trap. The girls name who the blue haired boy is flowing is  Isabelle. Clary listins in and hears them talking about monsters and weird stuff. They even said they where shadow hunters. The hunters where hunting the cute blue haired boy.



Right before one of the shadow hunter was about to stab the blue haired boy......Clary yelled out "Stop!"

Macon high school (The Simple School)

Lynn Sweet was a clean cut young man in his twenties. He had short hair and owned a brown 58 six-cylinder Ford Customline. Lynn was ready to start a new life and get his life started. He came in to macon for a job of being a teacher but he had no idea what he was getting into. Sweet had no idea what he will be changeing for these kids. All sweet knows is that he is going to be a simple teacher at a simple school. 

Sweet is a calm cool teacher who lets the students do whatever they want. If the kids dont want to do there hw then they simpily dont do it. Sweet quicky become the talk of the town. Parents would say, have you herd about that new teacher who gives weird books for the kids to read. All the student would talk about how sweet was so cool and how he was so laied back.   


The small farm town of Macon was changed by Lynn Sweet and the small town ended up changing  Lynn him self. Lynn Sweet was always a baseball fan he loved the Chicago Cubs. Lynn went to an outing with the teacher at the school. But what Lynn did not know was that this little trip, will change his life forever. When Lynn was at the game he talked alot about baseall and he sounded like he knew alot. The other teacher started to think that mabey Lynn could be the new coach. Lynn on the other hand was haveing fun at the game by cutting up Cardinals hats or screaming at the ump for makeing a bad call. But all the teachers cared about was getting a coach so the team could play.
